BRUNCH

BRUNCH by PlotaParty

Brunch, as the word suggests, is a combination of  breakfast and lunch and is a substitute for both meals. It’s an excellent option for a lazy family Sunday, starting any time after 10 a.m. and stretching on till early afternoon.

The food can be a mix of heavy snacks from various cuisines.   Traditionally, brunch menus are elaborate as they are relaxed affairs and are served buffet style. Since the meal stretches over a long time, the menu should be chosen in such a way that most of the food can be enjoyed even at room temperature.

This is a meal where  a signature cocktail or mocktail can give that extra zing to the morning! For other drink options, see our sample brunch menus.
