Chocolate Pudding by PlotaParty
- Milk-1 litre
- Corn Flour-14 Tablespoons
- Sugar-20 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder-8 Tablespoons
- Instant Coffee Powder-4 Teaspoons
Sift the cocoa coffee and cornflour together. Mix with the sugar. Then stir in the milk. Mix in a liquidizer for a few seconds. Pour into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring all the time. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutestill it thickens, then remove from flame. Pour into a bowl and put into the fridge to set.
Before serving lightly run a knife down the side of the bowl and turn into a platter. Serve with sweetened cream.
