Mooli Raita by Anand Caterers Pvt. Ltd
- White Radish (mooli)-1, grated
- Walnuts-10, chopped
- Hung curd-5 Tablespoons (Hung curd is normal curd that has been removed of all the water content)
- Green chilli -1, chopped fine
- Coriander leaves-1 Teaspoon, chopped fine
- Salt to taste
Grate the radish and squeeze it lightly to remove the excess water. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together. Store it in the fridge. Serve the chutney chilled.
