Sautéed Cauliflower

Ingredients

  1. Cauliflower-1 Kg, broken into florets
  2. Oil-2 Tablespoon
  3. Turmeric Powder-1/2 Teaspoon
  4. Cumin Seeds-1 Teaspoon
  5. Green Chilli-4chopped
  6. Salt –to taste

Method

Wash the cauliflower in salt water .Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin seeds and the green chillies. Once they turn colour add the cauliflower, turmeric and salt. Saute, add a little water and cover. Simmer on low flame till soft.
